Swim Splits is designed to be a simple, privacy-respecting tool for swimmers, parents, and coaches.

App data

The Swim Splits app is designed to work offline and does not require account creation. Swimmer names, targets, and related data are stored locally on the device unless the user explicitly exports or shares information.

Website data

The `swimsplits.net` website is a static marketing site. It links to the App Store and includes marketing content such as articles and support information.

Analytics and tracking

The website currently uses App Store links with UTM parameters for attribution. These parameters help identify which page or CTA sent a visitor to the App Store listing.

No additional website analytics or advertising trackers are described in this policy unless they are added in a future update.

Information sharing

Swim Splits does not sell personal information. If users export PDFs or share pacing targets, that sharing is initiated by the user.
